Line Producer & Creative Operations Lead YouTube Creator

Overview

We’re looking for a Line Producer to partner closely with a top You Tube creator to turn high-level ideas into operational production plans. This role is equal parts creative, execution, and cultural, and is ideal for someone who understands internet storytelling, moves quickly, and cares deeply about how a personal brand evolves long-term. You’ll be responsible for scheduling content, coordinating production elements, and overseeing post-production to ensure deadlines are met without killing creative momentum.

This role is perfect for someone excited about helping to shape a fast-growing creative brand from the inside – you’ll balance structure with inspiration, and execution with ambition.

• Translate creative ideas into detailed production schedules and timelines
• Serve as a central point of communication between creative, editing, and production collaborators
• Manage filming and upload days, ensuring all moving pieces are aligned
• Coordinate thumbnail concepts and assets in collaboration with creative and editing teams
• Oversee the editing process to ensure content is delivered on time and is aligned with the channel’s vision
• Track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables across projects

• 3+ years of production/creative strategy experience
• Deeply embedded in pop culture and internet trends
• Strong creative instincts with an operational mindset
• Able to work autonomously and thrive in a “work when inspired” environment
• Passionate about digital media and creator-led businesses
• Comfortable with flexible hours, with peak involvement on filming and upload days
