We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Design Experience to join our team. Ideal candidate will possess experience in both the design and construction industries. The individual should be well‑versed and at ease in multi‑disciplinary environments. The Project Manager, Design role will play a pivotal role in Plant Construction's upcoming design build projects, as they will be required to comprehend and convey the project's vision to the entire project team and serve as the primary liaison between the Owner, Design Team, and General Contractor/Design Builder.

• Provenfamiliaritywithestimating,budgeting,andcostmanagementprocesses
• Demonstratedexperienceinintegratingsubcontractorsintothedesignprocess
• Wearelookingforcandidateswhopossesstheseessentialskillstocontributetoourteam'ssuccess.
• Overseethe design-buildprocessfromconceptiontocompletion,ensuringallaspectsoftheprojectarecompletedontimeandwithinbudget
• Developandmaintainprojectschedules,budgets,and specifications
• Coordinatewitharchitects,engineers,subcontractors,andvendorstoensureprojectgoalsaremet
• Activelyleadanintegrateddesign-buildteam,includingregularinterfaceswithclients,designers,tradepartnersandotherkeystakeholders
• Guidecollaborationinternallywithtechnicalteams,construction managers,
• Conductregularsitevisitstomonitorprogressandaddressanyissuesthatmayarise
• Communicatewithclientstoprovideupdatesonprojectstatusandaddressanyconcerns
• Addressdesignconcernsorissuesresolutionsastheyarise.
• Assistinthepreparationofproposals,estimates,andprojectplansandprovidinginsightstopursuits.

• Bachelor’sin Architectureor Civil Engineering preferred ;
  
  Master’sdegreeaplus.
• 10+yearsrelevantworkexperiencemanagingconstructionand/ordesignintegration;withatleast5yearsinaleadershipormanagementrole.
• DBIACertificationhighlypreferred
• Workingknowledgeofprojectmanagementsoftware;
