What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in estimating or preconstruction roles, with a focus on public works projects.

Work Ethic:
Strong experience with Hard bids and a willingness to estimate your own work.

Leadership:
Ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and manage projects through the Preconstruction phase.

Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
