We are seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to lead and supervise crews on job sites. The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating daily work activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and keeping projects on schedule. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and hands-on experience in the field.

• Supervise and lead work crews to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Plan and assign daily work activities
• Monitor job progress and report updates to supervisor
• Ensure all work meets company standards, specifications, and safety regulations
• Train, mentor, and support crew members
• Enforce safety policies and correct unsafe practices immediately
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate effectively with supervisor
• Submit daily reports on Contractor Foreman

• Proven experience as a Foreman role
• Strong knowledge of job site operations and safety procedures
• Ability to read plans, schedules, and work orders
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Valid driver’s license and work permit

• OSHA certification or relevant safety training
• Experience with scheduling and reporting
• How to operate hand tools
