• Forecastresourceneedsandsecurerequiredpermitsandapprovals.
• Prepare,review,andmanageprojectbudgetsandcostestimates.
• Overseeprojectcoststoensurealignmentwithbudgetsandcontractualrequirements.
• Developandmaintainconstructionschedules,providingregularprogressupdates.
• Ensureallworkmeetsapplicablebuildingcodes,safety standards,andqualityrequirements.
• Select,contract,andmanagesubcontractorsandsuppliers.
• Leadandcollaboratewitharchitects,engineers,designers,andsubcontractorsthroughoutallprojectphases.
• Maintainstrongcommunicationwithstakeholderstoensureexpectationsaremetandexceeded.

• 5–7yearsofexperiencemanagingmulti-family,mixed-usecommercialnewbuilds,remodelsandadaptivereuseprojectsasa

• Provensuccessleadingprojectsofsimilarscopeandscale(e.g.,mixed-usehousingwith
  400+units).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ;experience with
  
  Procore,Autodesk,or Primaveraisaplus.
• Strongunderstandingofconstruction,engineering,andarchitecturalprinciples.
• Demonstratedabilitytobudget,schedule,negotiate,andcontrolcostseffectively.
• In-depthknowledgeofcontractandsubcontractdocuments,terms,and conditions.
• Highly organized,adaptable,andanexcellentcommunicatorwithacollaborativemindset.
• Committedtointegrity,ethics,andexceptionalservicetobothclientsandteammembers.
• Innovative problem-solverwhothrivesonfindingopportunitiesandsolutionsineverychallenge.
