Tiello is partnered with a highly regarded local Commercial General Contractor based in Los Angeles, in their search for an experienced Senior Superintendent (Ground-Up Construction) to lead successful Commercial, Retail, Gas Station, Restaurant, Medical, and Educational Construction Projects.
Role SummaryThe ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the Commercial General Construction Industry and will be responsible for leading successful Commercial Construction Projects.

Job Responsibilities- Able to perform all essential Lead Superintendent job responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects
- Attend and participate in Safety Training Program and enforce safety procedures
- Prepare and maintain responsibility for job schedule
- Develop Owner, Architect, and other Contractors' confidence and attend meetings as required
- Review all drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Chair and/or attend ongoing Contractor meetings
- Assure work quality - set standards for quality control
- Order materials and tools and plan supply allotment to maintain schedule
- Prepare necessary reports (e.g. timesheets, work orders, daily reports, and invoice approval)
- Document and complete all punch lists in a timely manner
- Organize, train, direct, and coordinate field construction team including those of other contractors
- Perform start-up testing and turnover to clientele
- 7+ years as a Superintendent managing projects for a reputable Commercial General Contractor
- Experience supervising Commercial, Retail, Gas Station, Restaurant, Medical, and Educational Construction Projects.
- Strong work ethic, team player with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical, and sound judgment skills
