• You ll prepare preliminary and final independent detailed cost estimates JOC/Formal Construction contracts managed by M&O to establish negotiating position as required by change order procedures.
• You ll provide support in price negotiations.
• You ll prepare claim analyses and estimates.
• You ll prepare detailed estimates of construction costs based on drawings, specifications and sketches, square footages, using standard estimating data and tools.
• You ll review contractor’s claims and proposals for merit and accountability.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum of 7 years full time paid professional experience in construction cost estimating of all divisions for facilities or school building construction projects
• Knowledge of current local construction labor and material costs
• Extensive experience in developing and estimating the scope of work for change orders
• Ability to compare the independent cost estimate with contractor proposal to quickly identify differences
• Ability to develop scope of work based on RFI/RFC answers and estimates the detailed costs of those scopes of work independent of the contractor proposal

$162,618 - $178,880 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
