Commission: $25k per closed home

Rolen Construction is a design-build construction firm specializing in ground-up single-family homes projects throughout Los Angeles and surrounding markets. We have a strong internal team, proven systems, and a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

What we’re looking for now is a client-facing construction professional—someone who brings experience, credibility, and confidence into the room when homeowners are making major decisions.

This is not a traditional sales role.

You will serve as the primary construction-facing representative during the early stages of client engagement. Your role is to help clients feel confident that they are working with an experienced, capable builder—not a sales machine.

You’ll step in once leads are already qualified and scheduled, and your focus will be on:

• Walking clients through projects
• Reviewing plans and scope
• Answering construction-level questions
• Joining Zoom calls or in-person meetings as needed
• Helping guide discussions and negotiations until projects are signed

You will not be responsible for:

• Lead generation
• Cold outreach
• Scheduling appointments
• Preparing detailed estimates

Those functions are handled internally by our team.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has real construction experience (GC, superintendent, project manager, estimator, or similar)
• Is comfortable speaking with homeowners, architects, and consultants
• Can review plans and understand scope, sequencing, and complexity
• Comes across as calm, credible, and trustworthy
• Enjoys relationship-building more than aggressive selling
• Understands how large residential projects are priced and delivered
