This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Painter based in Palmdale, CA. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, and ensuring high‑quality workmanship. Responsibilities also include mixing and matching paint colors, repairing surfaces, ensuring clean and precise application, and maintaining tools and safety protocols. Collaboration with the construction team is vital to achieving superior results for all projects.

• Proficiency in painting techniques using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Experience with surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, spackling, and priming
• Knowledge of color matching, mixing paints, and applying coatings
• Understanding of safety procedures and the ability to use protective equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work
• Time‑management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines
• Experience in commercial construction or high‑end interiors is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in painting are a plus
