** talent in the aviation construction market sector! We are ideally looking for candidates with prior aviation experience, ideally with prior experience with any of the following project types:
** baggage handling, Wayfinding, terminal expansion, terminal renovation, and civil and utilities.*
* ** Responsibilities:*
* + Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
+ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
+ Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
+ Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols on construction sites.
+ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

* + Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
+ Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant experience
+ Prior aviation project experience required
+ Strong organizational and management skills - ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
+ Effective presentation skills
+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
+ Excellent communication skills

The salary range for this full-time role is $120K-175K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
