Responsibilities- Concrete repair
- Concrete placement and finishing
- Waterproofing
- Rebar replacement
- Caulking
- Coating application
- Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials
- At least 1 year of construction experience preferred – willing to train the right candidate(s)
- Comfortable with heights and able to perform work related duties on man lifts or scaffold systems up to or over 40' high
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to commute to and from project sites (Travel opportunities may also be available)
- Bi‑lingual English / Spanish is a plus
