• Bachelor's degree or 10 plus years in Commercial Construction required (AA degree may be considered).
• 5+ years' experience in project management or PM assistance in the construction industry.
• Must have experience in Retail Construction Project Management.
• Proficiency in any management software, including Office 365 Suite, Red Team or Equivalent (e.g., Procore, etc.), Zoom, Microsoft Teams Meetings.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must be able to travel 3, 4 days a week among multiple states - workspace shall be provided within the corporate office, in Calabasas.
• Production of detailed construction site photos, to document new sites and existing projects.
• Drafting of client updates.
• Importantly, outstanding personal skills are necessary.
