• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent with a reputable General Contractor or Construction Manager.
• Project experience: commercial with a focus on higher education.
• Ability to lead 1–3 smaller projects at a time.
• Strong communication skills and desire to grow with a growing organization.

We are currently hiring a Superintendent with a passion for building! We love creative problem solvers, leaders, and innovators. We value our field and give you the autonomy to run the project. Here are a few items you will be responsible for:

• Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction progress, quality control, and a clean site.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections.
• Maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects changes in project status and meets the cost and time requirements of the project.
• Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviation in the direction of the project.
• Always promote positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team.
