Compensation
- Hourly wage: $20-22 per hour
- Overtime wage: $30-33 per hour
Jovie is hiring an experienced, engaging and fun nanny to work with various families. You’ll provide care for young infants and toddlers while their parents work, so most assignments are Monday – Friday during traditional working hours. If you are engaging, communicative, and friendly, we’d love to hear from you. This position is a good match for you if you already have experience with children from babysitting, nannying, or group settings such as daycares, preschools, or church nurseries.
Responsibilities- Provide care for infants and toddlers in families' homes
- Engage children with activities such as play, reading, arts and crafts, and other age-appropriate tasks
- Communicate with parents and coworkers to ensure consistent care
- Be available for a schedule of at least five days per week, with 6-9 hour shifts between 7am – 7pm
- Travel to assignments using reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Maintain professionalism and safety in all interactions
- You genuinely enjoy children and are an engaging, creative, child-focused individual
- You are willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and similar activities in families' homes
- You value communication with parents and coworkers
- You are available at least five days per week to work 6-9 hour shifts between 7am - 7pm
- You have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- You bring at least 1 year of day-to-day infant experience
- You can provide 3 references (2 related to working with children, paid or unpaid) and 1 character reference
- You are at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements: - Regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching and pushing
