A friendly, active family in Culver City/ Los Angeles, CA is seeking a reliable, energetic, and motivated Entry‑Level House Manager & Nanny to support their busy household. They have three daughters (ages 7, 11, and 14) with school and extracurricular activities, so the household runs on a structured schedule. This role is ideal for a college student or someone starting their career in childcare or household support who wants experience working with a professional family.

Key ResponsibilitiesHousehold & Family Management
- Oversee daily household operations to ensure a clean, organized, and smoothly running home
- Plan, organize, and manage children’s pick‑up and drop‑off schedules from school and extracurricular activities
- Delegate pick‑ups and drop‑offs when appropriate, coordinating with other household staff as needed
- Run household errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other tasks
- Take lead on the family’s dinner routine, including meal planning and preparation, ensuring balanced, nutritious meals with a focus on high‑protein options. Meal prep in advance is acceptable to support this key responsibility
- Maintain household organization, systems, and efficiency
Child Support & Coordination
- Support the children’s routines, homework, and recreational activities as scheduled
- Provide supervision during transit, extracurriculars, and after‑school activities
- Ensure children’s schedules run smoothly while maintaining safety and structure
Administrative & Oversight
- Manage calendars, appointments, and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding household and children’s logistics
- Some prior experience in household support, family assistance, babysitting, or a related role; entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply
- Interest or experience in nutrition and meal preparation, with a focus on balanced, high‑protein meals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, routines, and multiple tasks independently
- Responsible, dependable, and proactive with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to build respectful and trusting relationships with children while supporting family routines and boundaries
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and comfort transporting children
- CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain
- Ability to pass extensive criminal and background checks (required)
- Trustline Certification? (Required for California residents upon hire)
- Up‑to‑date on vaccinations
- Able to provide at least 2–3 professional or personal references demonstrating reliability and responsibility
- Authorized to work in the United States
