Job Brief:
Our clients are two working parents with three school‑aged children ages 16yrs, 8yrs, and 4yrs. All three children are in school full‑time, and this is a dual Family Assistant/Nanny role. We’ve known this family since their children were babies and they are welcoming, warm, and kind! Mom and Dad are looking for a mature, experienced, and hard‑working family assistant who is amazing with their youngest two children but also organized and efficient in helping with the day‑to‑day running of the home (no deep cleaning required).
Generally speaking, there will be more Family Assistant hours in this role than there will be direct childcare time and a nanny who is a strong homemaker is ideal with basic cooking skills will be favored. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am‑6pm with some flexibility appreciated. Mom and Dad are happy to guarantee 40hrs per week at $30/hr (negotiable).
