The VIP Hospitality & Concierge Manager acts as a dedicated owner for portfolios of VIP clients, partners, or executives, leading complex, high-touch experiences end-to-end. This is a specialized individual contributor role focused on relationship ownership and outcome management. You will be responsible for anticipating client needs, proactively mitigating risk, and coordinating multi-stakeholder experiences to ensure seamless execution for Stub Hub’s most valuable clients.
WhatYou'll Do
- Own and manage ongoing relationships with VIP clients, partners, or executives, ensuring continuity and trust.
- Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder experiences across internal teams to deliver seamless hospitality.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively mitigate risk before issues arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sensitive, high-visibility, or time-critical requests.
- Track trends, feedback, and engagement outcomes to continuously improve VIP experience quality.
- Maintain discretion and high emotional intelligence while navigating confidential or high-pressure situations.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of experience in VIP services, hospitality, client experience, or related fields
- Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and complex engagements independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong competency in relationship management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Stub Hub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 USD
