AG Jeans is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to join our West Coast Sales Team and drive strategic wholesale growth. This role is ideal for a sales leader with deep industry connections and a strong understanding of the premium denim and contemporary market. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee key accounts, cultivate new business, and represent the AG brand with confidence and authenticity.
Candidates should bring a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, strong showroom leadership, and a collaborative mindset. Compensation will include a sales commission structure in addition to annual salary.
This role is a full-time, on-site position at our headquarters in South Gate or Los Angeles showroom.
Responsibilities- Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales goals
- Establish and build strong relationships with wholesale buying teams at department stores and key accounts
- Work closely with buying and planning teams to review seasonal budgets and profitability monthly to maintain a healthy business
- Manage weekly/seasonal selling analysis and OTB management
- Monitor and compile weekly selling analysis and sell through performance by door. Identify reorder, replenishment and swaps to drive in season business
- Identify strategies to maximize sales growth and reduce inventory liability
- Support operations, logistics and production internally to maintain efficient deliveries and customer service
- Maintain knowledge of sales and current market trends within the denim market
- Provide the corporate team with ongoing feedback about our performance as well as the competitive landscape
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with luxury and/or contemporary brands. Denim background is a plus
- Proven track record of building relationships with department stores and key accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess high level of analytical and organizational skills with proficient use of MS Excel and Power Point
