Investor Relations & Operations Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking an Investor Relations & Operations Analyst to join our team in a career-track role to support capital raising, fund operations, portfolio analytics, investor communications, and ongoing investor engagement. The ideal candidate will have 0 - 6 years of relevant experience and an ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise storytelling.

• Support capital raising efforts, including developing marketing materials and due diligence responses
• Serve as a point of contact for existing and prospective investors, helping manage requests and follow-ups
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and conferences
• Assist with fund reporting, subscription and redemption tracking, and coordination with administrators
• Assist with fund and trade operations, including various portfolio analytics
• Work with investment team to translate portfolio activity and performance into clear investor messaging
• Monitor industry best practices and communications of peer investment firms

• 0 - 6 years in investor relations, fund operations, or other relevant experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited structure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of various investment firm strategies and investment philosophies
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
