Overview
Lead Visa’s strategic partnership with Wells Fargo for the Pismo platform. Own the client relationship, drive adoption of Pismo solutions, and spearhead future use case development to strengthen the relationship. Reports to the Head of the Wells Fargo Account.
Key Responsibilities- Own the Wells Fargo relationship for all Pismo-related initiatives.
- Drive adoption and volume growth of Pismo solutions across Wells Fargo’s footprint.
- Oversee successful delivery of the initial Pismo use case.
- Identify and launch additional Pismo use cases to expand Wells Fargo’s engagement.
- Collaborate with Pismo product and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Track KPIs and provide insights on adoption and growth.
- This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
- XX+ years in account management, product management, or strategic partnership roles.
- Strong understanding of payment platforms and financial technology.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Pismo or similar cloud-native banking/payment solutions preferred.
Role Characteristics:
- Individual Contributor role with high visibility.
- Client-facing with strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Covers Wells Fargo’s entire footprint.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
