Event Manager / Planner
Our client is looking for a Manager, Food & Beverage Licensing to support their Consumer Products team.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid - onsite 3x/week)
Duration: Mid-March 2026 - End of September 2026
Travel: Up to ~10%
We're hiring an experienced Food & Beverage Licensing Manager to support a high-profile Consumer Products team during a planned leave. This contract role focuses exclusively on Food & Beverage licensing
, partnering with established brands to bring inspired, IP-driven products to market across categories like snacks, beverages, confectionery, cereal, and alcohol. This is a highly relationship-driven, hands‑on role – ideal for someone who already understands the F&B licensing ecosystem and can step in quickly with minimal ramp‑up.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with Food & Beverage licensing partners
- Shepherd partners through internal approval processes (product, creative, marketing)
- Track forecasts, sell‑through, and performance data, following up as needed
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including brand partnerships, ads, marketing, creative, and operations
- Support partner evaluations and deal discussions alongside senior leadership
- Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring partners are informed, engaged, and moving forward efficiently
- 7+ years of experience in Food & Beverage licensing (studio or brand side)
- Strong familiarity with the F&B landscape, players, and licensing models
- Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills
- Comfortable working with forecasts, sales data, and performance metrics
- Able to operate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
- Based in Los Angeles or able to work onsite 3 days per week
Entertainment experience is a plus but not required. Brand-side Food & Beverage licensing backgrounds are strongly encouraged.
