Roledescription
Arcadis is seeking a Project Administrator to join the team. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for project maintenance, project reporting and analysis. This includes project and contract creation, project updates, project reporting and analysis and document validation. The Project Administrator assists our Project Managers and stakeholders as required.
Role accountabilities- Setup of Projects and Contracts
- Project Updates
- Reforecasting per PMO and division guidelines
- Provide CPM financial status reports monthly
- Assist with Invoicing, cost transfers and facilitating write downs
- Identify projects to closeout per PMO guidelines and/or work with GSSC to complete
- Join Project Controller Mentoring/Training Calls
- Preparation and setting up of CLS records
- Checking and ensuring the correct revenue recognition (POC %, cost, revenues, WIP, backlog)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project data entry and maintenance in enterprise systems
- Familiarity with project accounting processes (e.g., invoicing, cost transfers, financial reporting)
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with Oracle or similar project accounting systems
