• Structure problems and build work plans: define hypotheses, prioritize analyses, and break work into clear work streams and outputs
• Lead core analyses including financial/profitability analysis and operational diagnostics
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for executives and investors
• Manage the day-to-day workstream: oversee timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment
• Coach and develop junior team members by providing direction and quality-checking their work

• MBA required (top-tier program preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, private equity operations/value creation, or a highly analytical operating role
• Demonstrated strength in structured problem solving and quantitative analysis
• Exceptional executive communication skills
• Willingness to travel weekly (up to 80%)

• Experience working in client-facing and ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to manage high-ownership projects effectively
