Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for sourcing external growth opportunities, including target companies and portfolio expansions.
  • You will be responsible for forming joint ventures and strategic partnerships in Horizon 2 areas.
  • You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution for acquisitions and corporate actions.
  • You will be responsible for collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless M&A transactions.
  • You will be responsible for enhancing relationships with key global stakeholders for deal flow and partnerships.
  • You will be responsible for leading divestments and other corporate actions, ensuring successful closures.
  • You will be responsible for providing updates and reports to CXOs and the board on transactions and progress.
  • You will be responsible for driving deal negotiations and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
Qualifications

Educational Qualification

MBA with Finance and/or CA preferred

Minimum Work Experience

6+ years overall experience, with at least 3 years in core M&A, JV, or similar roles

  • Commercial and finance role for a BU with exposure to post M&A integration or internal audit
  • Exposure to international medical regulations, business laws, or financial laws is preferred
