• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in business product services or customer/market experience
• Relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science, or a combination of training and experience
• Proven experience in managing product initiatives and understanding market dynamics
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions

• Experience in a software development environment or professional services role
• Background in software or IT, with direct experience in software development, testing, or business analysis
• Familiarity with Agile software products and delivery methodologies
