Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exemplary service and ensuring that their needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication between departments to facilitate information flow.
  • Assist in preparing communication materials such as emails, newsletters, and reports.
  • Support the planning and execution of outreach events and campaigns.
  • Gather client feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments to improve services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
