Our core team of 20 is seeking a full-time Travel Manager to join Aurora’s Member Experience Team
.

In this role, you’ll work directly with our founding travel team and our proprietary AI operating system,
Astra
, to shape and elevate Aurora’s global member experience - with a primary focus on delivering exceptional, high-touch travel for our members.

What you’ll do

Deliver high-touch travel execution for a global, ultra-high-performance membership base

Own functions across travel, lifestyle, product, and operations - building rare, compounding career capital based around travel

Develop and manage partnerships with top-tier industry operators and insider contacts

Participate in a minimum of two high-budget FAM trips, deepening on-the-ground knowledge and expanding Aurora’s global network

This role reports directly to Aurora’s Co-Founder & COO and has clear potential to grow rapidly into a leadership position spanning Travel, Member Experience, Business Operations, and Growth.

Our team operates on structured, shared shifts across London, New York, and Los Angeles, enabling true 24/7 service for a global clientele.
