Marketplace Manager​/Business Intelligence Manager

The Marketplace Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketplace operations. This role involves analyzing market trends, developing strategies to enhance user experience, and ensuring the successful execution of marketplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement marketplace strategies to drive user engagement and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketplace initiatives with business objectives.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketplace activities.
• Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify pain points in the user journey and develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Work with the product team to implement features that enhance the marketplace experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Negotiate agreements and terms with partners to optimize marketplace offerings.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote marketplace initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketplace management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
