Transaction Management Analyst

As a CBRE Transaction Management Analyst, you will evaluate and support the execution of real estate transaction activities and financial reporting.

This position is part of the Brokerage job family. Brokers are responsible for buying, selling, and leasing industrial, office, retail, and other commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

• Manage, monitor, and report monthly on lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases.
• Support tracking of lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
• Assist with managing local transaction implementation.
• Facilitate closeout process including hand-off to lease administration team.
• Provide transactional financial breakdown support to the team.
• Participate in various real estate transactions such as lease negotiation and administration.
• Administer quality assurance programs, customer satisfaction surveys, key performance indicators, and transaction scorecards.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
