Carter Pierce is partnered with a private, institutional real estate development platform is seeking a Director of Business Management to support multiple large-scale international projects. This role partners closely with senior leadership and onsite teams to drive business planning, financial oversight, and execution across complex development assets.

The position is hands-on and requires extensive international travel
, including extended periods onsite.

• Support all phases of development, from due diligence and entitlements through execution
• Partner with finance teams on business plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Track project performance, identify risks, and support corrective actions
• Assist sales teams with offer evaluation and commercial strategy
• Coordinate across development, operations, sales, and finance teams
• Prepare executive- and investor-facing reporting and materials

• 5–8+ years in real estate private equity, development, or a related investment role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel and PowerPoint required)
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Clear communicator, highly organized, and execution-oriented
• Willingness to travel extensively and spend meaningful time onsite internationally
