About the team:
With the rapid expansion of Tik Tok Shop's business in the US market, the Creator & Partner ecosystem has continued to grow on a large scale, becoming a core driver of the platform's transaction growth. Currently, the business is in a critical phase of "large-scale growth + refined operations," facing multiple core demands including optimizing resource allocation efficiency, maximizing budget effectiveness, and managing cross-scenario costs.

On one hand, it is necessary to achieve precise matching of core resources such as budgets and traffic among Creators and Partners through scientific resource management strategies to avoid resource waste. On the other hand, it is essential to establish a sound ROI analysis system and data insight capabilities to quickly respond to changes in market trends, competitor dynamics, and consumer needs, providing strong support for business decisions.

Meanwhile, as various cost expenditure scenarios become increasingly diversified, there is an urgent need for professional talents to build a standardized policy review and resource monitoring mechanism to ensure compliant and efficient business operations.

To further strengthen the core competitiveness of "data-driven + strategic implementation" and promote the high-quality growth of the Creator & Partner ecosystem, this resource management position is specially established. It aims to address business growth bottlenecks and achieve the strategic goals of "high growth, high return, and high compliance" through professional resource coordination, analysis, and optimization capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources for the TTS US creator and partner business, including but not limited to budget package management and allocation, infrastructure of ROI comparison as well as related analysis, policy review related to various cost expenses, etc, on at least a weekly basis to track and review if the performance generates satisfactory ROI against targets, and to propose betterment strategy accordingly.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Design and execute comprehensive resource management strategies to optimize budget allocation, traffic distribution, and resource utilization, driving growth and efficiency across Tik Tok Shop US Creator and Partner.
  • Resource Optimization:
    Monitor business strategy effectiveness and optimize resource allocation to support business objectives within constraints.
  • Business Impact:
    Deliver measurable growth or cost optimization through strategic initiatives.
  • Strategic Excellence:
    Develop innovative frameworks with deep E-Commerce understanding.
  • Execution:
    Take ownership from planning to delivery with continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, business strategy, or creator/content management, with demonstrated experience driving growth through influencer or creator partnerships.
  • Strong ability to analyze business metrics, define and track KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights to drive performance and growth.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail; able to break down complex problems, identify underlying drivers, and surface actionable opportunities.
  • Experience in business analysis or resource management within large-scale transactional platforms, such as B2C e-commerce; experience in cross-border or content-driven e-commerce is a plus.
  • Able to effectively prioritize competing initiatives and maintain strong ownership in ambiguous situations.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with demonstrated experience supporting new initiatives or early-stage (0–1) projects.
  • Experience working with e-commerce creators, partners, or related ecosystem stakeholders is a plus.
