Business AnalystEPMO Operations

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the operations of an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) within a large healthcare environment. This is a business operations-focused role and is not a traditional project coordinator or direct project execution role. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting PMO tools and processes, reporting and data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Demand and Project modules within Service Now
• Create and manage reports using Service Now and Power BI
• Perform complex data analysis using Excel and other tools
• Develop and maintain departmental templates (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Document process flows and operational procedures

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Project Financial Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager in a formal PMO or EPMO
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field strongly preferred

• Service Now Project Management Tools (PPM, ITBM, SPM)
• Report writing within Service Now
• Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data from multiple sources)
• SharePoint content management
• Communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Preferred Qualifications
• Healthcare or hospital system experience
