Silvus Stream Caster® radios are being rapidly adopted by customers all over the world ranging from the U.S Departments of Defense to International, Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies, all the way to the Super Bowl, Grammys and industry‑leading drone, robot and other unmanned systems manufacturers.

• Assist with quote generation, CRM updates, and pre‑sales documentation.
• Conduct initial research on DoD opportunities, solicitations, and market developments.
• Support Sales Directors with basic correspondence and scheduling.
• Shadow product demos and join virtual client meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with the Sales Administration and Sales Engineering teams on proposals.
• Monitor contract portals and highlight leads to Senior ISR.
• Prepare briefing materials and data summaries for internal use.
• Support tradeshow preparation and follow‑up logistics.
• Actively pursue ongoing education on industry terminology, government procurement processes, competitors, and competitive technologies.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, proposal, or analyst experience.
• Organized, communicative, and eager to learn about defense sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and/or equivalent Google tools.
• NOTE – Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
• Familiarity with defense, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PDF tools, and CRM systems for daily communication and collaboration.

Outdoor environment for demonstrations.

• Lift equipment up to 50 lbs. for the setup of demonstration and testing.
• Manage the movement of large, suitcase‑size Pelican cases (e.g., for travel, demonstrations, etc.).

US Pay Range: $24.04 - $28.85 USD (not guaranteed, varies by experience).
