As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development, launch, and ongoing support of our online training products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including content creators, developers, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop product roadmaps and timelines
  • Communicate product vision and updates to internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure the development of engaging and effective training materials
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the timely and high‑quality delivery of product features
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement product launch plans, including marketing and sales strategies
  • Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams and external customers on product features and updates
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the e‑learning or healthcare industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
