Senior Seller Success Specialist II role at SHEIN Distribution Corporation in Los Angeles. Responsible for managing and growing relationships with SHEIN Marketplace selling partners, identifying opportunities, driving growth, and optimizing performance for US sellers on the SHEIN Marketplace.
OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Seller Success Specialist to manage and grow relationships with SHEIN Marketplace selling partners, identify opportunities, drive growth, and optimize performance for US sellers.
Job Responsibilities- Account Management:
Develop and manage relationships with early-stage US sellers on the SHEIN Marketplace platform. Support sellers with product listings and pricing, ensuring performance metrics align with SHEIN requirements. - Sales Growth:
Drive growth by identifying new product opportunities, supporting and executing targeted marketing campaigns, and optimizing product listings. Proactively identify areas for growth and implement strategies to increase seller sales. - Data Analysis:
Leverage dashboards and internal tools to analyze marketplace trends. Use insights to make data-driven recommendations that help sellers improve offerings and marketing strategies. - Pricing & Profit Communication:
Review cost structures with sellers, address pricing issues, and align on market-competitive pricing. Help sellers understand how reasonable profit margins lead to better pricing, stronger conversion, and sustainable sales growth. Coordinate internally for justified pricing exceptions where needed (e.g., bundles, branded, or limited-edition products). - Customer Service Management:
Ensure customer inquiries and issues are resolved timely. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order, returns, and shipping issues, and provide seller feedback on customer satisfaction. - Cross-functional Leadership:
Lead cross-functional projects with operations, product, marketing, and finance to enhance the seller experience and deliver key business outcomes. - Mentorship & Team Development:
Provide mentorship to junior team members or peers, sharing best practices in account management, data-driven decisions, and marketplace growth strategies.
- 5–8+ years of progressive account management or related experience, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and/or other business analytic tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver business results. Experience in mentoring, coaching, or guiding team members with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Pay Range: $76,708 USD - $119,262 USD
