🌟About the TeamThe Partnerships team at Stan owns creator discovery, acquisition, onboarding, and long-term performance. We work cross-functionally with Product, Content, Growth, and Go-to-Market teams to build scalable creator programs that help creators succeed on our platform.

🎯About the RoleWe are hiring Creator Partnerships Managers (CPMs) across three emerging products. All CPMs share the same foundational skills, responsibilities, and expectations — but each person will have the opportunity to lean into a specific track based on strengths, interests, and experience. These tracks include:
- Acquisition & Performance (Linked In-focused)
- For CPMs who love proactive sourcing, negotiation, and managing creator performance.
- For CPMs who thrive in high-accountability environments, enjoy relationship management, and are energized by proactive sourcing and negotiation across creator pipelines.
- Content, Community & Creator Education
- For CPMs passionate about content coaching, community building, workshops, content briefs, and scalable creator programs.

🛠️ The Job to Be DoneAs a Creator Partnerships Manager at Stan, you’ll own a portfolio of Creators end-to-end — from sourcing and onboarding to performance coaching and long-term relationship management. You’ll be both a strategic partner and a hands‑on operator, responsible for driving measurable outcomes while helping creators succeed on Stan.
In this role, you will:
🎯 Manage & Grow a Creator Pipeline- Manage a live pipeline of creators — sourcing, onboarding, coaching, and driving performance.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships while holding creators accountable to outcomes.
- Own posting schedules, content workflows, and performance visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with a human‑first, empathetic approach.
- Have direct conversations with creators about what’s working and what’s not.
- Translate performance insights into clear, actionable next steps.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Data, Growth, and Support teams.
- Move fast, adapt quickly, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Track performance data and use it to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify broken processes, unclear areas, and opportunities for experimentation.
- Help build scalable systems, frameworks, and processes for long‑term growth.

- 2+ years of experience in strong relationship management with external partners or stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High EQ — able to communicate clearly, directly, and with empathy.
- Ability to coach Creators using both qualitative feedback and performance data.
- Comfortable owning a pipeline, managing deadlines, and driving outcomes.
- Proactive operator who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and takes initiative.
