We work with active sponsors and capital sources in private markets and real estate.

• Already maintain active relationships with LPs, GPs, or sponsors
• Have participated in closed transactions (capital raises or deals)
• Operate independently and are compensated purely on performance

We operate with two distinct compensation models, depending on the partner’s strengths, relationships, and preferred mode of engagement.

• Compensation is 100% success-based and tied directly to closed transactions.
• Partners participate in approximately 1% of transaction value, depending on structure and mandate.
• Transactions typically range from $30,000 to $1B+, resulting in potential high six- to seven-figure outcomes for the right partner.

• In parallel, we offer ongoing advisory and capital markets services to funds, sponsors, and real estate platforms.
• These services are structured on a month-to-month retainer basis, typically ranging from $3,500 to $16,500 per month, depending on scope.
• Services may include:
• Capital markets and investor relations advisory
• Fund positioning, growth, or launch support
• Brand, visibility, and capital advisory initiatives
• Guiding funds from Point A to Point B (growth, restructuring, or new fund creation)
• Partners who introduce or manage these relationships typically receive a referral or participation percentage from these retainers, in addition to transaction-based upside where applicable.
