POSITION SUMMARY
Broadvoice is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts, monitor outstanding balances, and drive timely payment of invoices. This role partners closely with Finance and Customer teams to resolve billing issues, maintain accurate records, and support healthy cash flow while delivering a positive customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact customers via phone and email to collect past-due invoices.
- Communicate with Sales to advise when customers are placed on credit hold.
- Interact with various departments to resolve customer issues.
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
- Update account status records and collection efforts.
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Collections.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Must have good administrative and organizational skills and ability to manage stress.
- Skilled in negotiation.
- PROFICIENCY IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH (MANDATORY).
