We’re seeking an organized, energetic, and proactive Community Manager to support the growth and success of our Blueprint coaching platform.
This role is essential for managing day-to-day operations, engaging with our community of founders, and ensuring seamless communication between students and our coaching team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering connections, providing exceptional support, and contributing to the success of our students as they scale their apps.
Key Responsibilities1. Community Engagement & Management
- Act as the MC for coaching calls:
Warm up the group with music, introduce the coach, and facilitate conversations to keep the energy high. - Stimulate conversations in the Founders Club Members Area by posting regularly, responding to threads, and encouraging accountability.
- Monitor and engage with the Whats App group to answer questions, provide support, and direct students to resources.
- Organize and execute community challenges or engagement initiatives to maintain excitement and participation.
2. Student Support & Tracking
- Track student projects in the project management (PM) tracker
, updating milestones and progress. - Log actionable items that arise from coaching calls, Whats App chats, and the Founders Club to ensure follow-through.
- Help with complex student needs
, such as tracking/analytics issues or troubleshooting content-related challenges. - Provide basic coaching to students on fundamental topics, ensuring they stay on track with their launch goals.
3. Content Maintenance & Improvement
- Regularly review course content, identify gaps or outdated material, and coordinate updates with the coaching team.
- Ensure course resources are easily accessible and well-organized for students.
4. Administrative & Operational Support
- Keep up with communications across all platforms (Founders Club, Whats App, emails) to ensure no student is left behind.
- Assist in scheduling and follow-ups related to coaching calls and community events.
