Overview
Global Capital & Development Group (GCD), JPG Enterprises Consulting (JPGE) seeks a Director of Real Estate and M&A to design and build our real assets and acquisition platform. This is a foundational leadership role
. The Director will lead deal strategy, structuring, and platform readiness across real estate and selective M&A opportunities, working closely with executive leadership and capital teams. This position offers entrepreneurial upside through deal origination, structuring, and equity participation— ideal for an operator who thrives in building platforms and shaping long-term capital strategy.
- Develop JPGE’s real estate and M&A investment thesis and acquisition criteria
- Identify and cultivate target opportunities across real assets and operating companies
- Structure creative acquisition strategies, including:
- Seller financing
- Master lease / option agreements
- Joint ventures
- Income-based debt structures
- Collaborate with Strategic Capital and Strategic Philanthropy divisions to align deals with JPGE’s broader growth strategy
- Prepare governance, operational, and financial frameworks for future asset acquisitions
- Generate early revenue through deal origination, structuring, and advisory fees
Capital deployment will follow platform readiness and secured commitments.
Ideal Background- Real estate private equity, development, or investment platform experience
- Corporate development, investment banking, or fund experience (assets + operating companies)
- Proven ability to structure deals and collaborate with legal, tax, and transaction advisors
- Comfortable in a phased, capital-readiness environment
- Strong communication skills with investors, partners, and internal leadership
- Strategic deal architect and platform builder
- Operator of capital, deal flow, and acquisition readiness
- Early-stage income opportunities via fees and equity participation
- Collaborator across other GCD divisions (3) for aligned growth
- Not a property-flipping or brokerage role
- Not a rapid $10M+ asset acquisition mandate
- Not responsible for heavy legal, tax, or due diligence execution
- Not a junior acquisitions role
This role is structured as 100% commission-based during the initial onboarding and platform-build phase, with multiple income pathways, including:
- Deal origination and structuring fees
- Advisory and capital-readiness retainers
- Success-based incentives
- Equity participation in select transactions
On-target earnings (OTE) for the first year are estimated to range from $150,000 — $400,000
, with strong performers earning $400,000 — $650,000+ as deal flow and platform maturity accelerate. Monthly earnings typically range from $12,500 — $55,000+, depending on performance and transaction activity.
This is a hybrid role
. While Los Angeles-based candidates are strongly preferred, we welcome exceptional applicants with national or global networks in hubs such as New York, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Miami
, and internationally.
