Location-Type: Hybrid (California, within 50 miles of LA-- on the road 30% of the time)

Compensation Range: $70-80K
Job Description:
Drive growth and customer acquisition in the Sign and Graphics product space across California.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct 20–25 daily customer conversations to advance the sales process
- Strategically plan and confirm travel to customer sites, visiting 5–10 accounts per travel day
- Execute outreach via calls, texts, emails, and in-person visits using Salesforce
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, follow-up tasks, and customer status updates
- Collaborate bi-weekly with ISR and analyze sales data for new growth opportunities
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 3–4 years of consistent B2B sales experience (no job hopping)
- Strong initiative, urgency, and follow-through
- Detail-oriented and self-driven with excellent time management skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with sign and graphics film products or similar industries
- Experience using Salesforce in a sales-focused environment
