A leading luxury fashion and jewelry brand is seeking a VIP Relations Manager to oversee celebrity, stylist, and influencer partnerships. You’ll pitch, secure, and manage high-profile placements for red carpet and editorial opportunities while maintaining brand integrity and strong industry relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Build and manage relationships with stylists, talent reps, and publicists.
- Pitch and coordinate product placements for red carpet, events, and press.
- Handle incoming VIP requests and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product pulls, tracking, and brand storytelling.
- 3+ years of VIP relations experience (luxury or jewelry preferred).
- Established stylist and celebrity contacts.
- Strong pitching, organization, and communication skills.
- Professional, calm, and collaborative approach.
