Senior Associate

We are looking for a Senior Associate who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery (no recruiters or agencies, please). You will own meaningful portions of client engagements—leading defined work streams, enhancing processes, conducting in‑depth analysis, and presenting insights that directly influence executive decision‑making. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to structure problems, synthesize information, and deliver actionable recommendations. This role is ideal for candidates with 4–7 years of prior consulting or related experience looking to take on greater responsibility and client exposure.

• Own discrete project work streams and deliverables
• Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic recommendations
• Collaborate directly with clients through interviews, workshops, and presentations
• Synthesize findings into clear, client‑ready presentations
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and research

• 4–7 years of experience in management consulting or a related professional services firm, working with enterprise customers
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build clear, executive‑ready narratives (you may be asked to submit a writing sample)
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and operate effectively with limited direction
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, dynamic client environments with shifting priorities
• Experience delivering strategic and/or operational initiatives, including elements of project management, change management, product management, process improvement, operating model design, technology systems, and/or vendor management
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high‑performing team
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

In the first 6–12 months, a successful Senior Associate will:

• Independently lead defined work streams on client engagements
• Produce high‑quality, client‑ready deliverables with minimal rework
• Build trusted working relationships with client counterparts
• Anticipate risks and issues and proactively propose solutions
• Contribute meaningfully to engagement quality, client satisfaction, and team effectiveness
