We’re looking for an Inventory Lead, based in Doncaster, to drive inventory optimisation and improve working capital across multiple sites across the UK and Ireland.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead inventory optimisation across UK&I locations, ensuring accurate stock levels and reducing excess/obsolete inventory.
  • Carry out inventory and CDH counts, audits, and quarterly MRP reviews across UK&I sites.
  • Maintain system-level control of warehouse locations, ensuring ERP and MRP accuracy.
  • Analyse and report on slow-moving and excessive stock to support operational and financial decisions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and European Inventory teams to implement best practices.
  • Promote supplier and pricing improvements to enhance inventory efficiency.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in inventory management, ideally in a multi-site operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory life cycles, MRP principles, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical improvements.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
  • Self‑motivated, commercially aware, and focused on delivering results.
