Lettr Labs is on a mission to make direct mail as effortless and impactful as digital advertising. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own one of the most critical areas of our platform: marketing automation and integrations. This is a foundational hire within product management. You will define the strategy and vision for this product area, but you will also write the stories, manage the backlog, and work directly with engineering and design to ship. You will help shape not just what we build, but how we build product as a company.

• Define and lead the product strategy for marketing automation and integrations, a core pillar of our platform
• Partner closely with engineering and design to ship high quality, impactful features at speed
• Build integrations with major marketing and CRM platforms to extend the power of Lettr Labs
• Translate customer needs and GTM feedback into clear product direction and actionable user stories
• Own the product development process end to end, from discovery through launch and iteration
• Define success metrics, analyze data, and drive adoption, retention, and engagement
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership and GTM teams, ensuring product direction is tightly aligned with company goals
• Help shape product culture, process, and best practices as our first product hire

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on B2B SaaS
• Proven experience owning product areas in automation, integrations, or marketing workflows
• Experience working with Asana, Figma, and Confluence
• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‑on execution
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, able to influence and align cross‑functional teams
• Strong understanding of technical systems, APIs, and integrations
• High agency and comfort navigating ambiguity, able to set direction and get things done
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, and GTM functions in a fast-moving environment
• Highly organized, resourceful, and impact‑oriented

• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or GTM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zapier)
• Exposure to growth‑oriented product work (activation, retention, workflow expansion)
• Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems and third‑party integrations

Actual base salary offered will be determined by: experience, skills, and work location. This range is for base salary, our total compensation includes equity and benefits. We welcome you to apply even if your expectations are outside our listed range.
