We’re Hiring a Founding CEO —
TENEL (Backed by Ace Ventures)

Ace Ventures is launching TENEL, an electrolyte and energy drink brand built for tennis athletes and clubs. We’ll handle ops, funding, and the backend—you’ll own the hustle: growth in tennis clubs and online.

• Build club-by-club distribution: demo days, pro-shop placements, league partnerships, seeding, and ambassador programs.
• Drive DTC growth: content influencers, Tik Tok/IG/Reels, Shopify funnels, retention, email/SMS, and CAC/LTV discipline.
• Create the on-court brand: events, UTR/ITF activations, coaches, and performance narratives.
• Recruit & lead a lean A-team (growth, community, ops support).

• Are an operator-marketer who loves being on court, in clubs, and in creator DMs.
• Have experience in startups, consumer growth, sports/CPG, or marketplace/community roles.
• Can turn scrappy tests into scalable playbooks; you live in data but move fast.
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and obsessed with winning distribution.

• Clear wedge: tennis-first hydration (zero-sugar, high-electrolyte, clean energy) with authentic club distribution.
• Backing:
  Ace Ventures covers capital, supply chain, and logistics so you can sprint on growth.
• Upside: meaningful stock options; founding team level performance-based bonuses.

Flexible with travel to key tennis markets.
