Versus LLC is a newly formed holding company focused on acquiring and transforming established, cash-flow-positive brick‑and‑mortar businesses across hospitality, consumer services, retail, and manufacturing. We are building the platform from the ground up—leadership systems, operating playbooks, technology stack, and acquisition processes.

Our acquisition strategy relies on high‑leverage capital structures (senior debt, mezzanine financing, seller notes) combined with strategic equity injection. Our long‑term thesis centers on integrating technology and AI to drive operational efficiency, automate reporting, enhance digital marketing, and streamline decision‑making across future portfolio companies.

We are hiring a CEO to help build Versus LLC from an early stage into a scalable, tech‑enabled multi‑industry holding company. This role is ideal for an executive who has led operations at scale, understands acquisition‑driven growth, and can design the systems, people, and processes needed before and after the first acquisitions close.

• Build the operational foundation of a new holding company—systems, dashboards, leadership structure, reporting frameworks
• Partner with ownership on sourcing, evaluating, and structuring acquisitions using leverage‑based financing
• Lead due diligence and build playbooks for post‑acquisition integration
• Design and implement AI‑driven tools for advertising, financial analysis, automation, and performance management
• Develop leadership pipelines across VP/Director/GM roles for future acquisitions
• Build HR, finance, compliance, and operational infrastructure that scales with the company
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow as the platform grows

• 15+ years of senior operations leadership
• Multi‑unit, multi‑division, or multi‑brand experience
• Strong P&L ownership with a track record of improving performance
• Experience building systems and scaling organizations
• Background in hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or consumer services preferred
• Bonus: private equity, holding‑company, or leveraged‑finance experience; experience integrating tech/AI into traditional businesses
