Vayner Sports is a full-service talent representation and sports marketing consulting agency with
offices in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas. We provide contemporary and innovative career
management services for professional and collegiate athletes in football, baseball, combat,
gaming, golf and surfing verticals. Vayner Sports Consulting creates innovative marketing
solutions for companies seeking to accomplish their brand and business objectives through
sports.
We are seeking a Coordinator, Consulting to work closely with the VP of Consulting. This role
requires the ability to support the Consulting division at-large in internal and external
communication, project management, client services and new business development.

Your role
will shape how brands show up in culture, collaborate with athletes and properties and win
attention in an ever-evolving marketplace.
While primarily focused on Consulting, there will be cross functional opportunities based on
workload and projects.

Responsibilities / Duties

● Manage day-to-day elements of the Consulting project process from conception to
execution

● Assist Consulting team in preparing and deploying insights, go-to-market strategies,
partnership playbooks and sales presentation decks

● Research industry and project specifications as requested

● Provide client services support on talent and consulting related needs

● Assist working teams with new business development

● Provide administrative support to Consulting team (including calendar, email
communication, transcription of notes, etc. as assigned)
Qualifications

● Strong MS Office and Google Suite skills

● Ability to take creative direction and work independently and proactively

● Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple
projects at once

● Care deeply about the quality of their work with a desire for improvement

● Extremely attentive to detail and a self-starter

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● 2+ years of experience preferred
