CAA is looking for a n LA based Departmental Assistant to join our diverse and dynamic workforce. With a keen lens on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, this Assistant will provide support to the head of Early Career s and two executives with the Recruiting Operations tea m. The position provides an opportunity to learn about the Global Recruiting Process from a team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities- S upport three E xecutives in the Recruiting function across multiple time zones.
- Manage logistical tasks, including scheduling meetings, interviews, coordinating communication, maintaining project grids, and project management flow for all three execs.
- Help document and improve recruiting processes and support the implementation of n e w tools.
- Assist with tracking key metrics ; i.e. time‑to‑fill , source effectiveness, pipeline activity and h elp prepare reports for the team.
- Help support onboarding logistics for new hires across the recruiting function.
- Utilize effective communication and follow‑through while acting as a dependable point of contact for internal and external candidates.
