Job Title: Lot Attendant/Porter/Inventory - Service
Reports to: Service Manager, General Manager
OverviewThe role involves inventory management, vehicle movement, customer service support in the service department, and collaboration with the sales department to prepare vehicles for delivery and support showroom activity. Adheres to dress code and maintains professional appearance. Wears Car Pros Employee daily.
Responsibilities- Inventory management
- Delivering vehicles to sites, locations and customers as required
- Greeting customers in a friendly professional manner and escorting them to service advisors
- Taking repairs from Service Advisors to Dispatcher
- Transporting customers as required by service department personnel
- Thoroughly clean (wash & vacuum) service customer vehicles
- Assist in maintaining KSRP vehicles (fueling and vacuuming)
- Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the dealership service, parts areas and lot
- Keep the service drive clear and maintain department organization
- Assist with Sales department when needed
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery
- Move and maintain vehicle display to support sales activity
- Other duties assigned by sales manager
- Treat everyone with courtesy and professionalism; no profanity; comply with non-discrimination policies
- Move new or used vehicles for customers
- Station service vehicles to designated work or completed areas
- Fuel up vehicles for test drives and pre-purchase purposes
- Reposition vehicles on sales lots for display
- Other driving as assigned or delivery of parts or miscellaneous items

Employees accrue one hour of personal time off for every 30 hours worked.
Pay: $17-$20/Hour
